Alexandra Korducki

Born to Eternal Life December 19, 2020, aged 83 years. Beloved mother of Karen (Al) Harrer, Anita (Raymond) Porubcan, Paul Korducki, and Diane (Johnny) Lattimer. Cherished grandmother of Andrew, Anthony, Jessica, Michelle, Jason, Joshua, David, Christina, John, Chloe, Jennifer, Veronica, Diane and Kobe. She was a precious great grandmother of 14. Loving sister of Leon ( Carole) Lewandowski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special friend of Lillian Bautch for over 68 years. Alexandra was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Frances, her brother, Francis and sister, Marcianne.

Alexandra was an accomplished violinist and had attended the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. She was a member of the Milwaukee Catholic Symphony Orchestra for 35 years and a member of the Florentine Opera Company for several years. Alexandra loved music and played until her health prevented her from doing so. She then donated her violin ‘to a deserving student’, as she put it.

Very proud of her Polish heritage, she was very active in the Polish community reciting poetry, dancing and singing. Alexandra was a member of the Mazur Polish Dancers for many years.

A devote Catholic, she was a member of the Portiuncula Fraternity, Secular Franciscan Order.

Alexandra was employed in the food service industry and was the kitchen manager of Walkers Point Youth and Family Center for many years. She also worked for many years in the kitchen for the School Sisters of Saint Francis until retirement.

Alexandra will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Private burial services held at St. Adalbert Cemetery.

A service celebrating Alexandra’s life will be held at a later date.
