(nee Listwan) Born to eternal life January 19, 2021 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Charles Azzolina. Cherished mother of Laura Jean (Richard) Coons, Carolyn (Ronald) Budnik, Charles M. Azzolina (Terri), and Angela (Jesse) Mosca. Dear sister of Patricia (James) Dostalek, and Christine (Michael) Hohnstein. Further survived by 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, other relatives and friends.
